The store Dakota Darling Co. sells apparel and related goods through this online storefront. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change. We may correct errors and cancel orders placed based on obvious pricing or inventory mistakes. Accounts Public customer accounts are not currently required to shop. Studio/team login is separate and for authorized staff only. Orders and payment Orders are placed through our checkout and paid via Stripe. Submitting an order is an offer to buy the items in your bag. We may accept or decline an order (for example if an item cannot be fulfilled, payment fails, or fraud checks flag an issue). You agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information. Pricing and taxes Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. Promotional codes may be offered and are subject to their stated conditions. Products and fulfillment Many items are produced and shipped through Printful after your order is placed. Colors, print placement, and garment details can vary slightly from on-screen mockups. Product pages describe the options available for purchase. Shipping, returns, and sizing Shipping and returns are described on the Shipping + Returns page. Fit and available sizes are described on the Size Guide and individual product pages. Those pages control if there is any conflict with these Terms on those topics. Promotions and giveaways If we run promotions, collaboration applications, or giveaways, additional rules may apply and will be stated with that offer. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with store operations, scraping in a way that harms the service, or using the site for unlawful activity). Intellectual property Brand names, product designs, site content, and related materials on dakotadarlingco.com belong to Dakota Darling Co. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Disclaimer The storefront and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dakota Darling Co. disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
