Effective date: September 16, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Dakota Darling Co. (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use dakotadarlingco.com. Contact shop@dakotadarlingdesigns.com Who we are Dakota Darling Co. operates this online storefront. We use the public store name Dakota Darling Co. in customer-facing materials. Information we collect Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: • Contact and order details you provide at checkout (such as name, email, shipping address, and phone if you enter it) • Order contents, payment status, and fulfillment details needed to complete your purchase • Information you submit through forms (for example Contact or Collabs applications) • Giveaway or promotion details you choose to submit, including any marketing opt-in you affirmatively select for that promotion • Basic technical information your browser sends as part of normal website hosting and security • Cart contents stored in your browser so your bag can persist while you shop We do not collect full payment card numbers on our own pages. Card payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. How we use information We use information to: • Process, fulfill, and support orders • Communicate about orders and customer-service requests • Operate, secure, and improve the storefront • Run marketing communications only when you have opted in (or as otherwise allowed by law) • Comply with legal and accounting obligations Payment processing (Stripe) Checkout and payment processing are provided by Stripe. Stripe receives the information needed to process your payment and related fraud-prevention and tax processing under Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. Fulfillment (Printful) Many products are produced and shipped through Printful. When you place an order, we share order and shipping details with Printful as needed to produce and deliver your items. Email marketing (Klaviyo) Dakota Darling Co. uses Klaviyo for marketing tools in our Studio. • Placing an order does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing emails in our current checkout flow. • The storefront email signup form is a display-only form and does not currently send your email to Klaviyo or any other marketing list. • If you enter a giveaway or promotion and affirmatively opt in to marketing, we may send your email and name (and related promotion source tags) to Klaviyo so we can communicate with you about Dakota Darling Co. You can unsubscribe using the links in marketing emails. • Email marketing consent is separate from SMS. We do not treat an email opt-in as SMS consent. Cookies and similar technologies We use technologies needed to run the storefront, including browser storage for your shopping bag and secure session cookies for Studio/team access. We do not currently run a third-party advertising cookie consent banner or advertising analytics pixel on the public storefront. Analytics Studio analytics are based on our own order and storefront records. This policy does not claim third-party advertising tracking on the public storefront. Sharing We share information with service providers that help operate the store, including Stripe (payments), Printful (production/shipping), Klaviyo (marketing when you have opted in as described above), hosting/database providers that power the website, and email delivery providers used for transactional or operational messages. We do not sell your personal information. Retention We keep order and customer records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Your choices You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or ask privacy questions, by emailing shop@dakotadarlingdesigns.com. Marketing unsubscribe links appear in marketing emails when those campaigns are sent. Children The storefront is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Changes We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above will change when a revised version is published.
