Effective date: September 16, 2026. FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75+ Orders $75 and over qualify for free U.S. shipping under the store’s current promotion. Orders under $75 Any shipping charge for orders under $75 is shown at checkout based on the store’s live checkout configuration. Where we ship Checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States and Canada. For launch, we are not offering shipping destinations beyond those countries. Alaska and Hawaii are treated like other U.S. addresses accepted at checkout; there is no separate territory surcharge configured in the storefront. Processing and delivery Many Dakota Darling Co. products are made to order through Printful after checkout. Fulfillment timing varies by product and order. Where estimated delivery information is available, it will be shown in checkout or order communications. We do not promise a fixed processing window. Carriers and tracking We do not promise a specific carrier. When tracking information is available after shipment, we share it with you. Lost packages If a shipment appears lost, email shop@dakotadarlingdesigns.com with your order number. Dakota Darling Co. will help investigate using available carrier and fulfillment information. Outcomes can depend on factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a specific result in every case. Returns — request window You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible returns Eligible merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition. Return shipping For preference, fit, or size-change returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If merchandise is wrong, defective, or damaged due to a Dakota Darling Co. or fulfillment error, we will handle the issue without charging you for that error. Please include your order number and clear photos of the problem. Refunds After an eligible return is received and approved, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Bank or card processing time may vary. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at launch. If an item is eligible for return, you may return it and place a new order for the size or style you want.
